MEMORY:

The project is based on the use of the existing building, increasing its capacity, adapting it to new needs and renovating its facilities.

The main structure of the stands and slabs of the stadium is maintained for the most part, with the exception of the deteriorated or problem areas.

The entire grandstand is enlarged around the perimeter with the addition of nine extra rows of seating for up to 30,000 spectators.

A new general building envelope is built, increasing the occupation of the plot. This involves the renovation of both the roof and the facades.

This Preliminary Project aims to strengthen the identity of the club, to bring the people of Alava closer to the activities promoted, to increase the uses and services provided by the club, to generate economic resources that will allow for financial autonomy and to physically improve the quality of the facilities.

Furthermore, it will have to rectify the existing deficiencies suffered by users and progressively adapt to the regulations imposed for television broadcasts by the Professional Football League.
